I know right now, you may be feeling;

Anxious.

Nervous.

Fearful.

Worried.

*

That because your gym is closed, you are going to lose all of your progress on your weight loss goal.

I know that you may be thinking;

“What’s the point of working out at home?”

“What’s the point of still trying to lose weight during this time?”

What’s the point of working out if I don’t have everything I’m used to?”.

I know you’re really worried that because you’ll be spending time more time at home;

You’ll be tempted by all the foods you told yourself you can’t eat because you’re trying to lose weight.

I know you feel like those cookies in the pantry are “talking” to you.

I get it, that you feel awkward working out at home.

You see all of these women doing these workouts that have them jumping around..

& and you’re sitting there like, “ Do I really have to do that to lose weight and get stronger?”.

I know you have very little equipment, or nothing at all.

I know this is going to be a challenge for you.

That is why, I am giving back to my community by offering free at home workouts during this time, while gyms are closed.
