On this week's episode of the Northeast Newscast, Publisher Michael Bushnell sat down with Glenn North, Director of Inclusive Learning & Creative Impact at the Kansas City Museum, ahead of the museum’s grand reopening. The museum has been closed for years as they complete a multi-million dollar renovation and restoration. With the physical changes comes a shift in priorities. The new Kansas City Museum is home of the whole story, unfolding stories about Kansas City’s vibrant history, cultural heritage, and pride.
They discuss Mr. North’s new position, his previous work with cultural institutions around the city, and the future of the museum’s programming and outreach.
Reservations will be required when the museum reopens on October 21. Tickets are available at kansascitymuseum.org.
