During this full moon the goal is a strong, clear, balanced energy system. The more open, clear and balanced the chakras, the more energy can flow through our system. With the impulsive energy of October’s Full Moon In Aries I felt it was important to offer a Chakra Healing Meditation to open up our chakra centers and improve the flow of psychic energy in your body. It is only when our chakras are in sync that we can truly access higher levels of consciousness while focusing on channeling energy into the seven chakras. During this meditation we will aim to release energetic blockages and promote a good flow of energy, to harness optimum health in ourselves.
