Ruler of the SKIN, HAIR, LIGAMENTS, TENDONS, JOINTS, KNEES, SPLEEN and BONES/TEETH
Here are some mantras from Louise Hay’s book Heal Your Body for some of these body parts
SKIN, protects our individuality, a sense organ, i feel safe to be me
hair, ligaments, tendons,
JOINTS, i easily flow with change, my life is divinely guided and I am always going in the best direction
My life is divine
KNEES, pride, ego, flexible, flowing
SPLEEN, obsessions, i love and approve of myself. I trust the process of life to be there for me, i am safe all is well
TEETH, decisions, ability to break down ideas for analysis and decisions. I make honest decisions and i rest securely knowing only right action is taking place in my life
Pick which mantra resonates positively
Do some free singing and movement with that mantra
Meditate on Balance and Structure
Ways to balance?
Bracing myself, preparing for something, a new diet
Balancing by deep cleaning, Spring cleaning
Changes are inherently supportive
What are some Existing structures or structural systems in our lives?
Midday mindfulness, work, school schedule, the sun setting and rising, animals getting hungry,
Astrology as a bid for connection
We can always be thinking about our skin, teeth or joints, so its cool to be reminded. And that ties in with structure. We can use the structure of constellations, the moon phases and the sun movements to check in with ourselves and each other.

Using the vastness of space (scaling in and out) as a grounding thing.
The archetype of Capricorn is energized by work and long-term plans.
Where do you want to go?
What do you want to do?
This quarter moon is about laying the groundwork for the coming year. Sometimes Capricorn makes life feel so dang serious. It is daunting to think of this season as the cosmic drafting period, but remember to take Capricorn with a grain of salt. He can be way too performance-oriented. Let’s tap into other elements of Capricorn, like his impressive energy. Get some exercise and skip the head trip.
I quit coffee, i just did it, cleansing, fasting, quitting things,
How do you like to exercise?
Focus on the earth element and be like Capricorn, strong and steady.
In meditation, focus on the root chakra.
Say the word 'home' and feel it vibrate in the body, notice the root Chakra.
