Manage episode 303406647 series 2936949
Listen in as Anna Rósa Róbertsdóttir and I explore the many gifts of blueberries. Delicious and rich in health benefits, blueberries are a pleasurable way to incorporate plant medicine into our lives. Anna Rósa has generously shared two fabulous blueberry breakfast bowl recipes for you to enjoy and also a handout with research into the health benefits of blueberries.
A medical herbalist, Anna Rósa has been running her own clinic in Iceland for over 30 years. To paraphrase one of my favorite takeaways from our conversation, although of course, you have to change the diet and other lifestyle factors, herbs are really, really powerful. She has seen them help people with supposedly incurable diseases to regain wellness time and time again in the course of her clinical practice.
It was such a pleasure to spend time with Anna Rósa and I’m excited to share our conversation with you!
