Here's a grounding meditation for you. This exercise is something you can perform anywhere, anytime you are feeling spacey, anxious, physically drained or overwhelmed, or unfocused. Grounding provides us a reset to our natural rhythm synchronized with the planet, which is especially important being surrounded by other energies (phones, computers, other people) that are interfering with and disrupting our field.
