This week's guided voyage takes you on a journey to identify, acknowledge, and let go of negative thoughts and beliefs that are holding you back! Negative thinking is something that we all struggle with. Thinking we are not worthy or not deserving of happiness is NORMAL.. But You can break the pattern and begin to replace those negative thoughts with positive ones. It is a practice! And it takes practice to not only master but to appreciate the benefits! Mastering your thoughts will greatly impact how you can manage your stress and anxiety and overall health.
Journal Prompts: What negative thought do you frequent that holds you back in some way? What would your life look like if you had a magic wand and could instantly make those thoughts disappear? Is that version of your life worth striving for?
