This week on the show Maine and Josh recap Third Coast Grappling 6 the Heavyweight GP, and EUG inaugural 8 man bracket. We also preview Fight to Win 169 and the Emerald City Invitational, plus briefly discuss Abu Dhabi World Pro.

In the recap of Third Coast Grappling 6 we run through every single match up for the heavyweight GP. Starting with Mason Fowler one arm rear naked choke of Manuel Ribamar, and Kaynan Duarte defeating Tex Johnson via a double ankle sweep in overtime. We talk about the stand up wrestling battle between Nick Rodriguez and Pedro Marinho, andl talk about the pace of Victor Hugo vs William Tackett.

In the semi finals we talked about how impressed we were in Nick Rodriguez's passing game and guard engagement vs notorious guard specialist Victor Hugo, and talked about the improvements Nick has been making in his game. We also talk Kaynan Duarte vs Mason Fowler that saw Kaynan take the victory in overtime with a takedown.

In the finals match we break down Kaynan Duarte vs Victor Hugo that saw Kaynan victorious and take the $15000 prize. We also discuss the card's superfights.

In the recap of EUG under 160 event we talk first round matchups between Matheus Gabriel vs Johnatha Alves that saw Matheus Gabriel re-sweep to victory. We saw Andy Murasaki defeat Kennedy Maciel via decision, and Marcio Andre take Isaac Doederlein to decision to advance. We talk about Gianni Grippo vs Johnny Tama that ended 4-2 Grippo.

In the semifinals we talk about Matheus Gabriel decision victory over Marcio Andre. As well as Andy Murasaki triangle submission victory over Gianni Grippo, using an astonishing mount to triangle pass combo with a lapel collar drag.

We discuss the final’s match that saw a close decision victory for Andy Murasaki over Matheus Gabriel. In the Women's title match we discuss Mayssa Bastos victory over Jessa Khan that saw the roosterweight champion rack up 19 points in 2 minutes at the end of the match ending the match 21-2.
