John Winning Jr. is a great friend of mine and one friend I truly look up to as a mentor.

John, or as friends call him, Herman, is one of Australia's most successful entrepreneurs. Creating Appliances Online in his early 20's, which has been voted best online retailer on the planet a few years back, set him on a path that was very unique.

He has also taken out the Sydney to Hobart Sailing event twice on time and juggles many adrenaline-filled hobbies.

Herman wanted to share his amazing network with the world and created an event called Human Kind, which will be held at Sydney's Luna Park on March 16,17,18th.
