In this episode, I share the coaching space with an Enneagram Eight that desires to communicate well with her spouse who leads with Type Two. We explore how vulnerability comes up for Type Eights in personal conflict, and the common misconception that all confrontation is just easy for Eights because the reality is that it’s not. We also take a look at the movement to Type Five as a stress point and how that can be a way of retreating for the Eight, but how it can also be a tremendous resource for us to step back and recover.
