Manage episode 298483927 series 2878637

Though DBT was not designed to treat trauma, in this monthly episode, Kate and Michelle talk about the criteria for PTSD and what DBT skills they believe may best help.
TRIGGER WARNING: Material that may be triggering is discussed from 36:10-36:21.
