In this episode I reflect on expectations, and how they shouldn't necessarily be considered goals. I talk about how you can use simple tools to build momentum and work towards those goals. I also talk about Thanos, the Avengers, and Iron Man and how his selfless action which couldn't be repaid, was from love and how we might be able to reflect on that in turbulent times.
