He is a Virginia native from a military family who used to buy candy in bulk to resell for a profit. Bryan Myers always had an undeniable talent for all things entrepreneurial & helping businesses scale & grow.
He is linear, organized, highly analytical and his career grew from consulting work at the prestigious Boston Consulting Group to becoming VP of Development at Sweetgreen before people even knew what Sweetgreen was.
Bryan never misses breakfast or an opportunity to be active. A regular at various boutique fitness brands he became enamored with his sweatlana under the blue lights of solidcore.
Solidcore is a pilates inspired strength training workout and Since opening its first studio in Washington, D.C., in 2013, it has become one of the fastest-growing companies in the fitness sector—with more than 100 locations across 24 states currently and hundreds of thousands of clients, including Michelle Obama.
Currently as president, CEO and solidcore coach, Bryan Myers is revising the “White, thin, cisgender” fitness narrative—and making history as one of the nation’s few Black, LGBTQ+ CEOs.
He recently addressed his mostly white male board of directors at a board meeting and told them solidcore is that girl. MMM HMMMM. It sure is honey.
