Steph is a health and weight loss coach, but with a radical and innovative twist: her work is women-focused, coaching through spiritual weight release using the principles of inner work, mindset, manifestation, intuition, sacred feminine embodiment, self-love, and self-empowerment. Steph has a number of courses where she aids women in releasing judgement, shame, and limiting beliefs to connect with their heart space in order to tap into and live out their soul purpose.

Steph works to empower women to embody and nourish their true selves, as she believes that filling ourselves up and living out our purpose is the most nourishing and highest serving thing we can possibly do for ourselves, our loved ones, and the planet.
