Where do you spend your energies when you teach? Are they 100% focused outwardly, on helping your students? 80%? 60% The percentage here reflects how much time you’re actually spending worrying about things that have nothing to do with them.. fears about how you look or how you’re coming across or other things that you perceive are getting in the way of their experience.
