Over the past five years, she has been committed to creating inclusive and accessible content that caters to users' needs.
Through professional development, she has gained extensive knowledge in terminology, taxonomy, mental models, and inclusivity, emphasizing the profound impact of words and the importance of considering context, user mindset, accessibility, cultural differences, and connotation in her writing.
What has she found? The words we use are incredibly impactful, and they’re more than their dictionary definitions.
