POE SEARCHES FOR LOR SAN TEKKA BEFORE THE FORCE AWAKENS! Mike embarks on the first volume of the Poe Dameron comics, starting with some background on Poe & his other non-movie appearances, before delving into the story which includes Poe forming Black Squadron, finding a mysterious giant egg, going into a very unique prison, all while clashing with the First Order! In the usual SWCIC fashion, Mike provides plenty of background information & connections to other content, including BB-8, the members of Black Squadron (including Snap Wexley), The Carrion Spike, a familiar Hutt and more!

Volume 1 of Poe Dameron is set around 32ABY (2 years before The Force Awakens, 28 years after Return Of The Jedi).

Poe Dameron 1 was released April 2016, issue 6 was released September 2016 and the trade paperback collection was released December 2016. Charles Soule is the writer of these comics, with Phil Noto being the artist, colour artist and cover artist!
