Welcome to today's YouTube For Realtors WALK AND TALK #56 - I have so many things going through my head every day about YouTube for Realtors that I just want to get it all out! I get asked so many questions everyday and coach so many agents it's time to answer all of those in depth, on my walk to the gym!
In todays episode I do a deep dive into having A Script or Not To Script Real Estate Videos (I'M AN A$$HOLE). If you follow me at any length, you'll hear me say don't script, be yourself and then some people will say, you scripted when you started. It's kind of like my last job. When I was a journeyman lineman. Well, a lineman working power lines. You have this natural progression where you start out as a grunt, which is a groundman. And then you work up to an ape, which is an apprentice. Then you become a JYG, which is a journeyman. And they always tell you don't forget where you came from you were at grant once too. Help him out, teach him. Well, in the YouTube world I was a grunt too. Scripting was life. But I don't script anymore because I am just studying, analyzing all of my data analytics, Average view durations and noticing that in in a lot of the blogs and a lot of these videos that I was shooting where I was more myself, I was getting longer average iterations. When I eliminated more edits. I got better average iterations, I was more relatable to people. But there are effective ways to script your real estate videos. And you need to learn it form here.
