Welcome to today's YouTube For Realtors WALK AND TALK #54- I have so many things going through my head every day about YouTube for Realtors that I just want to get it all out! I get asked so many questions everyday and coach so many agents it's time to answer all of those in depth, on my walk to the gym!
In todays episode I do a deep dive into What YouTube Analytics to Track for More Real Estate Leads (AND TALK ABOUT SIGNING BOOBS). What metrics or data? What numbers are you looking at that you know if you hit that number you're gonna start getting leads. What is your conversion of views, subscribers or what metric are you looking for that once you hit it, you'll start getting reach out. I always get this question. And I am ready to share it with you, Let's talk about the metrics of the numbers and conversions. The market is shifting. And having buyers right now is probably the best thing that you could have because they have all the leverage now. I'm not a big real estate guru. But it's pretty easy to see. And across all these Facebook and real estate groups. Agents are starting to freak out and hold their money, not paying for leads, and they're looking for lead generation sources. Yet you got this beautiful program platform called YouTube, and it actually works. Unlike TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. I think YouTube is a better play, first is you have to be super consistent and do all these videos every day, but none the videos have shelf life they're all just dying. And I really think that people are just on there messing around. I get a lot of attention, but you know, I'm not really getting close deals. I think YouTube and what you're doing seems where people go to get answers. More to hear from this episode!
