Welcome to today's YouTube for Realtors WALK AND TALK #25- I have so many things going through my head every day about YouTube for Realtors that I just want to get it all out! I get asked so many questions every day and coach so many agents it's time to answer all of those in depth, on my walk to the gym!

In today’s episode I do a deep dive Become a Real Estate Influencer… or DIE! Talking to a lot of agents and some are just absolutely struggling to get business right now. Some look at that as like, how could you even be struggling? It's like the craziest time of real estate ever, but I get it. They can't even keep up with the amount of business I have all typically tend to be on the platform of YouTube. And that's where we're seeing this massive shift. We're all kind of at the peak of our career, we're moving up into bigger homes where we're living wherever the hell we want to live. And that's really what's caused this shortage. There's a lot of agents struggling out there and you maybe too, and guess what, it's okay to admit that because if you're struggling now, it doesn't mean you need to struggle in the future. You just got to position yourself better. And I'm not gonna sit here and tell people how to be real estate agents, because I'm the realtor of all time. We all know that. But one thing I'm good at Is bringing in a load of business, to those epic real estate agents that I partner with. And this is the way that you need to start viewing your business, going forward As more of an influencer, We need the market's changed in a way to where these people are dying to work with somebody. You can be an influencer Without video. I think video is the best way to personalize yourself, but you can do it without now. And I wanna be that accountability every day that you come and listen to me and I'm not just gonna sugarcoat. Just get your videos up. No, you're not gonna be fine. 85% of agents are gonna go bye in the next five years. Is that going be you? I hope not. You start looking around and notice that nobody's gonna help you. It's all you that we get after it. What makes an influencer and why do we need to be an influencer? The number one reason Is because the way that this whole market is shifting Is a lot of people who are generally curious. Stay tuned for more homies!
