A critical and commercial disaster, the movie is remembered mostly for burning David Lynch on the Hollywood system and setting him down a stranger, owl-strewn path. But this doc shows just how much love and innovation went into a film deemed impossible, and even the most jaded Dune Dude might find themselves looking at the desert planet with a fresh wonder. Not to mention more gimp-suit content than you can shake an Everett McGill at!
