About Bridget: Bridget Therese is the founder of Empowering Women Through Fitness, an online community of women. She is a newly published author, Strong Mind, Strong Body, Fitness from the Inside Out. Her book focuses on having a mindset for success as well as her personal story of overcoming hardships in addition to having never worked out to full-fledged fitness competitor, back to not having a gym membership. She talks about the balancing act of fitness and how to incorporate it into your everyday life. Her emphasis on mind before body as well as her ability to relate to women in all walks of life make her unique and a standout from the very crowded fitness industry. Bridget has been in the fitness industry for over 11 years. She founded Empowering Women Through Fitness in 2017. She holds numerous titles including 2017 Mexico Fitness Model Champion, 2014 Great North Fitness Model Champion. She is an internationally recognized fitness competitor, TV Host, author, signed model and speaker. She is a mother to her 10 year old son Christian. Bridget currently resides in Houston, Texas.
