Generation z is more politically and socially engaged and focused on their education, work life balance, and financial awareness, but is also skeptical of traditional institutions and may have a shorter attention span. Baby boomers were born in the time of a renewed hope and optimism for the future, and during their lifetime they experienced significant technological and cultural advancements. Generation Alpha is more global, more aware of mental health and technology integrated than previous generations. Baby boomers were part of a generation that witnessed significant change, among other things, in social norms, attitudes towards gender and sexuality, and the rise of new social movements. They are often engaged in civic engagement, including volunteer work, community organizations, and political activism. Generation Alpha is often more multitasking and adaptable than previous generations and is less concerned with conformity to social expectations. Generation Z is more diverse than any other generation, focuses on technology, and is more open about mental health. Taylor When it comes to communicating and socializing differently than previous generations, Taylor says she doesn't know.
