This week, I talk about the things I have been learning lately from my life. I had a stomach bug last week, and felt really bitter about that, but then realized it was a blessing-in-disguise helping me with my current spiritual journey with food. (whew, try saying that three times fast.) Life is an adventure, and ultimately, I'm so glad that I get to be human and experience the uncertainty.
