We have an aversion to "normal" in our society, until we experience something that causes us to realize how amazing normal actually is.

People connect more with our grit than our shine. They might come for the shine, but they stay for our grit. In order to make the greatest impact we must show the chinks in our armor.

How many emails do you delete a week that are mass marketing BS? I delete hundreds. I know some of them could probably help me. Do you know what could happen if they treated me like an actual human?

One simple phrase I've found to be incredibly helpful when I'm going through it and the storms are raging inside my soul.

Will they become another excuse or a part of your story?

If we aren't careful we can slip into an environment and mindset where we are addicted to problems, and we are actually meeting our needs through them.

A couple days ago I got an excited message from a guy who got a new coaching position. "Any advice?" He asked. "Yes, remember these two things and you will do great."

The world is rapidly shifting away from traditional opportunities, and not once but twice in the last 18 months I've had to put my money where my mouth was.....and it paid off.

Stop hiding by working on your big thing in the dark. We need you to create and ship a lot of little things....probably before they are "ready". We have enough "not finished yet" things sitting around
