We cover a number of topics including the use of data as an organizational asset and raw material to drive revenue. Paul gives a great example of a “data-powered” business called Liquid Robotics who after realizing the data their deep sea robots were collecting was more valuable than the robots themselves, shifted their business model from selling the robots to selling the raw data, for Liquid Robotics, there is no doubt, Data is the Business.
